So wow. The character I thought was a guy is supposed to be a female butler? So I guess that’s why it’s ok for Lilith and her to bathe together in the hot springs of the resort.

Duluth is suddenly worried that Yuri will grow up to the point that he doesn’t need her anymore. Except I think this title is missing the point as to why he needs her.

He doesn’t need her because he’s not grown up yet. He needs her because he lost his family before he was ready to be alone. Though nobody really is alone enough to bear the loss of family.

This makes me worried about Volume 7. Is she just going to leave once it’s deemed he’s adult enough? I guess so but… Wow. And yes. Rule34 contains the secrets of what Lilith looks like showing her breasts.

Huh? You just want to know what she did while spying on Yuri? Ok. Here you go. Tomorrow Lilith takes all her clothes off and jumps into a hot spring bath with Not Legolas Elf Butler. Tomorrow.

Because Lilith couldn’t stop herself from worrying about Yuri, she has decided to hit the slopes in ski gear to spy on him. And yes. She is good at the skiing.

We end Volume 14 with a good old fashioned festival. With plenty of faces we know from Year 1. Including the devious Old Rope Game Lady.

Another expected trope? Najimi dumping her responsibilities off on her friends. I’m This case conning Tadano, Komi, Rumiko & Katai into running a yakisoba booth.

Good news? It’s fun by Agari’s aunt, and get you can see where Agari got her good looks from. Bad news? Once she’s in full festival mode? She turns into the creator of Hell’s Kitchen!

Apparently the aunt is also the source of Agari’s passion for food… But not get insane rage when running a good stand. She does acknowledge that her mood swings has cost her workers before.

But this gang of four won’t abandon her… Even though stacking a group with four introverts vs the one extrovert (Rumiko) might have been a bad idea. But in the bright side…

We now have a staff that appeals to both EVERYBODY (Komi), Males (Rumiko) and Females (Katai… And probably Tadano?) So… Yay. Now ladies flick to the booth to be served by Katai! A giant and equally friendly Human version of a Ursian Bear!

But we are padding this out as we have lots of pages but a few Chapters. So tomorrow a cavalcade of cameos! Including the Yamai who bought 100 Komi made Yakisobas… She’s rich enough. See you tomorrow!

VIZ Komi Can’t Communicate Volume 14 Review Chapter One Hundred & Eighty-Seven (Digital)

In a bit of irony? Today, as I review a manga chapter that inspires me to think of Queen? I’m getting for a fiber the 1980 Flash Gordon Movie from Amazon Prime! Whose existence invokes Queen!!

Suffering from an acute Komi Shoko deficiency, Tadano invited her for a bike ride. Which quickly turns into bike riding lessons for two… Wait… Didn’t Komi ride a bike in an earlier Volume?!?

Also the rusty bike lent to her by momma Shouko? Was that the bike she rode once in a flashback story of her falling for Mr. Komi? Guess that explains it’s bad condition.

It seems to me the whole point of giving Shoko this rusty deathtrap of a bike? Do that she and Tadano grow closer together. Which seems to work…

After repeatedly having the bike nearly shake itself apart, luckily not falling apart since Tadano didn’t anticipate the state in which Kom I would bring said bike in. It’s a fun Chapter, but still.

When Tadano gets in the bike, and experiences it’s seemingly cursed shaking and shuddering? Komi ends up falling down with him. In top of him. The traditional falling together pose for young manga couples in love. Awww… Uh huh.

Anyway what a little pro mechanic bike care adventure the two end up going on, as Tadano teaches Komi how to ride a bike. How to make the bike vibrate like it’s flying around the sun in an atte!or to time travel, and how to fall on top of the one you love. Sweet.

So it’s back to Fly Me To The Moon Volume 20 this weekend. Are we about to sit through a (Redacted) flashback where… Uhh… Things happen. Yeah. Guess we find out tomorroe. Beware of SPOILERS.

We return to Komi on Monday. When Najimi decides to corrupt Class 2-1 by teaching them the Way Of The Prankster. No! Not with Buddha amongst the class!… Oh wait. I’m still kissed at Buddha for the end of Sorcerer And The White Snake 2012. Corrupt him!!

Yeah. It’s now the worst kept secret that Kasuga Loves Nomoto. Pretty Much everyone in this small group now knows. Except Nomoto. Sigh.

Kasuga tells Yako. Kasuga’s new winglady figured it out… Given how blatant Kasuga is of course she knows. She just needs to tell Nomoto and we are set.

Anyway watch a meal transform into a memorable experience before your eyes… Which you’ll see more of it you buy the series for yourself. Naturally.

You Can Multitask The Sexual Spectrum? Far Better Than The Cable Spectrum!
Running a little late so let’s dive in. I need to wrap this up fast. I was wrong about Yako. She gives Nomoto an inspiring sppech, and lots to think about, while explaining Asexuality.

So we have a live stream between Yako & Nomoto. One where we find out the fabulous Yako loves to drink alcohol. But that’s the first of the revelations.

The point of the live stream, a two girl party as they live stream a lesbian romance movie together. Either the same one from last Chapter or a new one. Then the two get to talking. And we get to learning.

We find out that Nomoto and Yako, despite being friends over the internet, are polar opposites. Which was actually hinted last Chapter. When Nomoto shops she buys to cook up a storm. When Yako shops… She eats takeout and food from the gourmet deli.

Yes. Nomoto’s friend isn’t an actual foodie like Nomoto. She just likes to rave about other people’s creative foods. Sigh. Then Nomoto begins to seek help.

She talks about falling for Kasuga. Not by name but here’s the gist. As she studied the lesbian way, she found herself unable to associate with any lesbian stories/testimonials she read. She loves Kasuga, but the lesbian way still seems distant in her mind.

So Yako speaks of Asexuality. From her own experiences, as it turns out, in her own words, she’s a card carrying lesbian asexual. Uh… Ok. That’s informative to me. I believe her, yes. I’m just needing to grasp that in my mind.

She tells Nomoto not to worry. She will find her own way, and soon find herself and her place as a lesbian. Then Yako goes and blamed society for Nomoto’s uncertainty. Well… She’s not wrong.

This half chapter ends with Kasuga being visited by the last neighbor. Yup. We go into Chapter Fifty-Two Point Five next time. As the scene between Nomoto and Yako online continue. That’s next weekend.

It’s back to the tale of Wako & Sakuma tomorrow. And a chapter mostly narrated by an executive male with a crush on Alpaca girl. Well what do you expect? He doesn’t know she’s a lesbian. Oh well. Tough for him.

I split this up into two reviews. I’ll do the other one tomorrow. We meet Nomoto’s fellow food influencer, and curator on her lesbian journey this time.

Next time we meet the last who moved into the apartment between Nomoto and Kasuga. But that’s a bit longer first appearance tomorrow.

Nomoto continues to search for lesbian stuff. But to say she’s starting off as clueless as a newborn human is an understatement. When Yako retweets the positive review of a South Korean Lesbian Love movie? It catches Nomoto’s attention.

By the way. I never seen anyone pair sushi rice and salmon roe before. That has to taste different. Anyway Yako is a fabulous looking inflyencer. Who seemingly lives full time in her social media.

Surprised by Nomoto’s sudden interest in lesbian movies, she will be drawn into Nomoto’s search to learn all she can about being a lesbian… Then immediately buck it up by trying to teach her about Asexuality. One sex spectrum at a time Yako! Sheesh!

So this should be an interesting character. As she is kinda like fabulous Rarity as a human… Only older than in Equestria Girls. Also she will laser focus Nomoto’s search for knowledge. Keep her off the Dark path.

Yeah. We still end up with a trigger warnings Chapter though. So be wary of that. Since I split the Chapter we continue tomorrow. And see Kasuga as she meets the new neighbor. See you.

There’s Always Room For Ozoni!
So we start off Volume 3. The love story of a female member of Japanese Office Society (Nomoto) and her Uber/Seamless Driver soon to be lover (present best friend) Kasuga.

We get some new characters introduced this Volume. And movement in the relationship front, as Nomoto continues to learn about lesbians. Then get detailed by learning about Asexuals. Sigh.

We have trigger warnings later this volume! By the way! But it will be a week or so before that pops up. Anyway we continue this right where last Volume left off. The start of a brand new year.

Kasuga suggests they take the first trip to the local shrine to start the new year. Nomoto suggests they prepare for the trip by eating some Ozoni.

I like how this title is richly detailed about the food they each in each chapter. Yeah. It’s all from the viewpoint of a pair of Japanese ladies. We westerners might have little to no experience with a lot of these foods.

But that’s the joy of this title. You can pick this up, and be inspired by the stories to maybe expand your eating horizons. And try new foods you may be never tried before. That’s a definite bonus along with the love story.

Yes. It is kind of a slow moving love story. But by the time we reach the end of this volume? The relationship of Nomoto and Kasuga should be moving forward to the point they’re actively dating! So things are looking up.

Yeah. The series might end at Volume 4 in May. That will make me sad. But we will see what happens when May rolls around. Anyway the trip to the shrine is cancelled due to… Natural reasons. Ouch.

Next time a brand new character or two artives. One is the long teased new lady moving into the apartments. The other is a lady Nomoto knows. And seems to be the one curating Nomoto’s search for knowledge on her growing lesbian lovestyle… Also she’s the one who teaches her Asexuality. No lady. Don’t confuse her!!

Another Skip Ahead… And Back To Yui &… Uh oh.
I forgot the teachers name. Anyway Yui blackmail her way into eating lunch with her. After all, she could tell everyone how the gym teacher is a hopelessly inept lesbian at dating.

She wants to talk to the teacher because she’s become the latest victim of the school Rumor Mill. Ever spinning, ever dragging innocent students into its whirling blades.

While she can’t help Yui much… Yui still comes away feeling that the teacher really cares. Really? Well I guess so but from her making a gossipy yappy girl run laps for talking in gym? How is that caring?

Well I’m sure this relationship will make more sense come Volume 4, when these two are the cover girls for that volume… Maybe. We shall see.

Next time. Is Iori cheating on Minami with another woman? Nope. But that won’t stop her from suspecting. And getting a shock when the lady’s identity is revealed. That’s tomorrow.

Ugh. Next week I can have a mild cut cut in a surgery clinic built into a former Blockbusters to have a chest lump removed. Great. If I hear death I hope the ghosts of DVDs past haunt me. Or a hot lady angel dressed like a Blockbusters employee offers to take me to the DVD sales aisle in the sky.

You Can Take A Kujou To A Lesbian Bar…
…but you can’t make her date. That’s the takeaway from Yui’s efforts to finally help Kujou get into the lesbian bar next to her job at the Maid Cafe.

Let’s see… We find out Yui is considered a difficult person to date. But she just knows what she wants… I think. Kujou is finally lured into the lesbian bar by Yui. Strange. I’m This world high schoolers can serve alcohol AND take their teachers to lesbian bars.

Regardless it seems that helping Kujou get into the bar is the least of Yui’s problems in aiding Kujou. NOW she has to completely teach Kujou how to date !

Yup. All this desire to have a living girlfriend but none of the skills to land one. Also? Is this title still hunting that Kujou and Yui will hook up or not? I’m curious.
