Sorry for the delay. If you read yesterday’s brief update I was under the weather so I couldn’t work on my reviews. I’m rebounded now so let’s get to it.

Since we are pretty much at the end? Save one Chapter and some bonus? We can call it wraps here. We will continue with Volume 15 in the near future.

Anyway there is no need to draw this out. For all the guest cameos have seen Tadano & Rumiko getting along well… Butcher they perceive is not quite the truth… Is it?

At the end, just as Rumiko is about to realize that Komi is standing before her. She admits to herself that… She has a crush on Tadano. Not full on love. Not yet.

This feels like the moment to end Season 3 on. A cliffhanger where you are left debating whether or not Rumiko is the right girl for Tadano. Luckily Netflix didn’t leave us on this cliffhanger.

Unluckily Netflix can’t get their acts together and green light Seasons 3-4 yet either so… Mixed bag here. Otherwise it’s a good awakening of Rumiko’s feelings for Tadano story.

Will it go anywhere? Dunno. Only reviewers who was reviewing since Day 1, and has every volume to date, knows that one. I’m just mildly walking my way through nearly 30 volumes of content here.

So looking forward to beginning Volume 15. For now it’s back to Fly Me To The Moon Volume 20. Then this week coming… We shall see. Stay tuned. Meanwhile? April Madness finally begins.

They Saw Everything… And Still Misunderstood.
Looks like this ending of the volume is just here to further cement in the whole rivalry between Rumiko & Shoko over Tadano. Yeah. So anyway…

Since Aunt Kagari likes her men big and muscular (Katai), she sends Komi to use her Komi Effect to bring in customers. And sends Tadano & Rumiko off to give people the wrong impression.

This first several pages? Dunno is awfully nervous, being away from Komi & Katai with Tadano. Completely alone in a Festival full of random characters.

For some reason, and doesn’t he notice he’s freaking Rumiko out? Tadano wants to apologize at long last for a few Volumes ago. When he defended Rumiko by saying he’s her boyfriend.

Car from pissed, she’s actually tickled… Decade-oh Pink… Oh wait. According to the actor who plays Kaman Rider Decade it’s Cyan or something… Anyway she’s liking the idea of having Tadano be her one and only.

Yeah no. Unless this series has a twist ending and they really do become one? It’s clear Tadano is meant for Komi… Fight? Guess only future reviews will merit that out.

The Most Entertaining Montage Sequence This Month!
So this will be short. Just sit back and absorb the montage. And all the appearances from Year 1. Including the Rope Pull Game Old Lady… Spooky.

By the end of this Chapter? If Komi needed proof that she was well on her way to 100 earned Friends? This is the Chapter. It cements firmly in her mind that she’s truly on her way.

This festival might be the closing episode of Season 3. Meaning once I get Volume 15 we are giving into Season 4 territory. I’ll just assume that is the case.

So. We have a few days and two Chzptersleft to wrap Volume 14. It’s time to explore the festival,and watch the fireworks. Fun eh? We will see how that turns out. Tomorrow. See you.

Knack For Food Runs In The Family…
We end Volume 14 with a good old fashioned festival. With plenty of faces we know from Year 1. Including the devious Old Rope Game Lady.

Another expected trope? Najimi dumping her responsibilities off on her friends. I’m This case conning Tadano, Komi, Rumiko & Katai into running a yakisoba booth.

Good news? It’s fun by Agari’s aunt, and get you can see where Agari got her good looks from. Bad news? Once she’s in full festival mode? She turns into the creator of Hell’s Kitchen!

Apparently the aunt is also the source of Agari’s passion for food… But not get insane rage when running a good stand. She does acknowledge that her mood swings has cost her workers before.

But this gang of four won’t abandon her… Even though stacking a group with four introverts vs the one extrovert (Rumiko) might have been a bad idea. But in the bright side…

We now have a staff that appeals to both EVERYBODY (Komi), Males (Rumiko) and Females (Katai… And probably Tadano?) So… Yay. Now ladies flick to the booth to be served by Katai! A giant and equally friendly Human version of a Ursian Bear!

But we are padding this out as we have lots of pages but a few Chapters. So tomorrow a cavalcade of cameos! Including the Yamai who bought 100 Komi made Yakisobas… She’s rich enough. See you tomorrow!

Mosquito Coast The Crossover
So we have a short Chapter about how our main three deal with mosquitoes. Why are they suffering mosquitos?!? Its summer, they open windows to not be hot in summer, therefore mosauitoes.

Komi has a Mosquito repellant, but it needs to be refilled. She frightens her parents to death looking for said refill. All the while worrying her mosquitoes are stealth ninja mosquitoes.

Hitohito repeatedly turns the lights on and off to kill mosquitoes. Until Hitomi kills the last one with a Magic Hand. Magic Hand? Is that a Ramen Rider Fourze reference? She bitches him out.

Rumiko? She rolls over and kills the one mosquito dumb enough to land on her breasts. She’s still itchy though next day. Also apparently she dreamed that Komi doesn’t know the face fence between dill peppers and pickles… Right?

And the readers got to see Rumiko rolling about in her sleep in her so so revealing nightie. The perversion isn’t done though! Next time Student Buddha & Girl With Boobs Obsession wants Tadano to accept their Mission Impossible.

A Scene So Short It Makes Last Night’s Pouring Of The Tea Seem Long!
After the premiere of the raw footage of One Walk With Komi’s, Najimi wants to do fireworks with the class. Which she bought. Great! At least she’s not freeloading… Right?

Komi is afraid to pop loud noisy fireworks. Must be her inner kitty. So Tadano brings her some sparklers and they get so close together. How cute.

Yeah yeah. She didn’t give a heart for her feelings for Tadano… Yet. But soon everyone… For me in anycase. Soon probably already happened for those of you up to date with Komi.

So from before the Test Of Courage to immediately after. We find out why Najimi wanted the Katai Dojo. With its huge floor space, and projection screen DVD player. It’s perfect.. For the instant premiere of The Haunting Of Komi. Raw Footage Edition.

Apparently they were filming the whole thing… On one camera. Because was there tome enough to download several cameras worth of footage to one laptop, quickly arable a single cut, then burn it to a DVD for showing?

So this represents the premiere. With all the attendees of the test, and the class who were crew and camera team and zombies. A gun short Chapter. One where Najimi gets her comeuppance at the end.

Does this mean Naruse and Ase are a thing? Does this mean Komi knows that Rumiko might like Tadano? Does this mean anything? Well… Probably not. Oh well. It was fun though. Yeah?

Remember when they did the sleepover at Katai Makoto’s family dojo? Did the Test Of Courage? And it invoked all of Class 2-2?!? Ever wondered how it was pulled off?

Apparently it takes a class to punk a Komi. Because here is the story behind the set up. Which had the same effort out into one test of courage as an indie horror movie!

Also it could have ended badly as one girl only went because she wanted to… Grab female boobs. Really? That’s assertive in an aggressive lesbian of sense of her… Call the cops.

In a bit of irony? Today, as I review a manga chapter that inspires me to think of Queen? I’m getting for a fiber the 1980 Flash Gordon Movie from Amazon Prime! Whose existence invokes Queen!!

Suffering from an acute Komi Shoko deficiency, Tadano invited her for a bike ride. Which quickly turns into bike riding lessons for two… Wait… Didn’t Komi ride a bike in an earlier Volume?!?

Also the rusty bike lent to her by momma Shouko? Was that the bike she rode once in a flashback story of her falling for Mr. Komi? Guess that explains it’s bad condition.

It seems to me the whole point of giving Shoko this rusty deathtrap of a bike? Do that she and Tadano grow closer together. Which seems to work…

After repeatedly having the bike nearly shake itself apart, luckily not falling apart since Tadano didn’t anticipate the state in which Kom I would bring said bike in. It’s a fun Chapter, but still.

When Tadano gets in the bike, and experiences it’s seemingly cursed shaking and shuddering? Komi ends up falling down with him. In top of him. The traditional falling together pose for young manga couples in love. Awww… Uh huh.

Anyway what a little pro mechanic bike care adventure the two end up going on, as Tadano teaches Komi how to ride a bike. How to make the bike vibrate like it’s flying around the sun in an atte!or to time travel, and how to fall on top of the one you love. Sweet.

So it’s back to Fly Me To The Moon Volume 20 this weekend. Are we about to sit through a (Redacted) flashback where… Uhh… Things happen. Yeah. Guess we find out tomorroe. Beware of SPOILERS.

We return to Komi on Monday. When Najimi decides to corrupt Class 2-1 by teaching them the Way Of The Prankster. No! Not with Buddha amongst the class!… Oh wait. I’m still kissed at Buddha for the end of Sorcerer And The White Snake 2012. Corrupt him!!
